• Activity data — session logs, feedback and comfort ratings, fascia and habit tracking, schedules, and routines you create.
• Notes — any personal notes you choose to write about your sessions.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and browser information, and basic analytics about how the app is used.
• Push subscription data (an endpoint and keys your browser or device generates) — used only to deliver the push notifications you enable.

How We Use Information

• Operate the app and deliver your plans, sessions, and progress tracking.
• Personalize program and session recommendations around what you tell us.
• Send the reminders and notifications you enable, at the times you choose — you can turn any of them off in Notification Settings.
• Improve and maintain the app, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help run Cyclone Flow — for example, the platform that hosts and secures the app, email delivery services, and Google when you choose Google sign-in — and only as needed to operate the app. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and Your Rights

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to operate the app. You can review and update your profile in the app at any time.

Children

Cyclone Flow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
